Coming soon: The Breakdown
Women’s rugby is growing fast, and the coverage should match it.
The Breakdown is a new independent home for women’s rugby, built to bring fans closer to the action with more coverage, news, stories and moments. We’re covering the international game and the world’s leading domestic leagues, starting with the PWR and England.
What to expect
- Match reports and previews for every PWR round
- England coverage, from Test windows to the build towards the Women’s Six Nations
- News, features and stories from across the top of the game
- A weekly newsletter that pulls it all together
Why we’re doing this
The top of the women’s game deserves consistent, dedicated coverage. We’re building a place that follows it week in, week out, written by people who care about the sport.
We’re also putting something back. A share of what The Breakdown earns will go to grassroots players, because the game at the top is built on the game below it.
Kicking off Autumn 2026
We launch in time for the start of the PWR season on 20 November. Add your email below and you’ll be first to know when we go live.
